I am proud to nominate Caitlin McCullough for THS Student of the Month. As her CTE Teacher and Trinity FFA Advisor, I have had the privilege of working closely with her and witnessing her consistent dedication, strong character, and positive influence within our school community.
Caitlin demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and a genuine commitment to learning. She approaches academic challenges with determination and curiosity, often going above and beyond expectations. In the classroom, she is respectful, engaged, and consistently prepared, setting a strong example for her peers. Notably, Caitlin is highly responsible when it comes to her attendance in relation to program commitments; she proactively requests assignments in advance of any absence and returns with all work completed promptly. This level of accountability is truly commendable.
Beyond academics, Caitlin stands out for her character, leadership, and mentorship. She has been enrolled as a Career and Technical Education (Agricultural Production) student at Trinity High School for four years, engaging in agricultural education, maintaining a self-driven project, and actively participating in FFA. Her dedication to the program is further reflected in her decision to center her senior 20Time project around the work she has developed through agricultural education, demonstrating both pride in and commitment to her field of study. She currently serves as Vice President of the Trinity FFA and has become a role model within the program, regularly mentoring younger members and guiding them toward success.
Caitlin has earned several honors through FFA, including the Greenhand Award and the Chapter Degree Award. She has participated in numerous leadership activities and continues to work diligently toward achieving the FFA Keystone Degree, the highest honor an FFA member can attain in Pennsylvania.
She consistently treats others with kindness and respect, contributes positively to group efforts, and is always willing to support classmates and staff. Her attitude reflects maturity, responsibility, and integrity in all that she does.
For these reasons, I believe Caitlin McCullough is highly deserving of recognition as Student of the Month. She truly embodies the values of Trinity High School, and I am confident that her continued efforts will lead to even greater success.
