Making a comeback this year is Trinity’s Halloween concert. This concert has been a part of the music department for years but COVID limited these activities. This year, Trinity is bringing it back!
Members of the concert band and orchestra will be performing in their best Halloween costumes. Guests who attend the concert are encouraged to dress up as well!
The band and orchestra are performing a variety of songs led by Mr. Hilty: This is Halloween from The Nightmare before Christmas, The Raptor Rides the Whale, which is a newer piece by Andrew David Perkins and Haunted Mansion will be played.
The new acapella group, The Shirley Tempos, led by Madame President Seniors Abby Drezewski and assistant Emma Bowman, will also be making a debut to show off what they have been working on. They will be performing Ghost of Tom and The Monster Mash.
Anyone who attends the concert is welcome to stay afterwards for the trunk-or-treat in the Trinity High School parking lot; this includes the performing members and elementary band and orchestra students.
Parents are welcome to come with decorated cars and open trunks to hand out candy and treats to the students.
Be sure to booooogie on down to the concert on Thursday, October 27, at 6:30 p.m. and stay for the trunk-or-treat beginning at 7:00 p.m.
