Freshmen

Madelyn Baird- Kermit the Frog because Kermit is iconic.

Chase Bundy- Buzz Lightyear because I like the “Toy Story” movie.

Emma Cowieson- I like Spiderman because it is big and looks like the movie.

Sebastian McCartney- I like the Shrek float because he lives in a swamp and he’s real for that.

Jack Lohr- SpongeBob because he’s a timeless classic and he’ll never get old.

Sophomores

Peyton Detrick- The Pillsbury Doughboy because I think he’s iconic.

Stephanie Drezewski- I like the Giant Turkey because it’s shiny and it encapsulates the spirit of Thanksgiving. 

Nathan Hopkins- My favorite was Kung Fu Panda, but I wish they had Among Us. 

Gavin Sheppard- The Sonic one from the 1990s because it was kind of uncanny. 

Jaylynn Weaver- The Grogu balloon because he is an inspiration to our society from his smarts and adorableness. 

Juniors

Olivia Angelo- Maybe the Snoopy because it was one of the ones that stuck out. 

Will Beinlich- Snoopy, I’ve always loved Snoopy and Charlie Brown.

Makenna Burnsworth- The Peanuts because it’s nostalgic.

Isabelle Ikach- Pillsbury Doughboy because he’s amazing and he’s the best. 

Manny Petry- I like the Turkey float; it looks the best.

Seniors

Jordan Crawford- The Turkey float because I like food.

Sydney Klick- Snoopy because I love Snoopy. All of the Peanuts movies are classics and traditional. 

Ben Peth- Minions because they’re yellow; also, they’re taking over New York City. 

Aryia Rugg- SpongeBob reminds me of my childhood.

Cicely Sunseri- I like Minnie Mouse because she is super cute, and it is an iconic childhood. 

Teachers 

Ms. Kafana- I kind of like Astronaut Snoopy; it has pops of color and you don’t see it all the time.

Mrs. Macino- In first grade, my daughters made their own balloon turkeys as floats, so that’s the best float I’ve seen.

Mr. Majoris- Homer Simpson because he makes me laugh and is looking forward to eating turkey later.

Mrs. Tsangaris- Bluey, and it was the best because my kids wanted to see it. The Pillsbury Doughboy is a close second. 

Mr. Smith- Shrek because he was silly and random and I thought it was funny.
