Freshman
Eli Howard- I just like hanging out with my grandma.
Ava Terkay- I decorate gingerbread houses on Thanksgiving instead of Christmas. They don’t taste as good as they look.
Kaycie Smith- My family and I have a gratitude jar that we have to express we’re grateful for. The grateful statements inside are read at the table.
William Johnson- Getting together with family. It’s not really different
Addison Miklic- The Saturday before, all of my cousins and I go shopping, and then we all go to dinner at Angelo’s. It’s different because it’s been a family tradition for a while.
Sophomores
Jacob Lent- I play Fortnite all day instead of seeing my family.
Xoey Franklin- My favorite thanksgiving activity is when my parents and I go to a restaurant, bring it home and do a movie night.
Grant Nalepka-Heyman- I love me some food so eating that big feast is my favorite part of the holiday. I like to fatten up for the cold weather.
Kennedy Tracey- We have a turkey bake off.
Jaynabel Fathal- My sisters and I go in the living room and we put a paper turkey in the middle. Our mom says “3-2-1” and we race for the turkey to see who will get the first bite.
Juniors
Myah Agmon- I enjoy preparing dinner with my mother.
Travis McMullen- I like to dress up in a blow up turkey costume and run around, who else does that?
Carlos Solis- Playing cornhole, love eating food and playing football.
Gianna Stiehler- I go to my grandma’s house and eat wedding soup.
Will Kline- Eating with my family. It’s really not different, it’s really an everyday occurrence.
Seniors
Nathan Cox- Probably hitting Planet Fitness three times in one day and eating 16 pounds of ham with no water.
Ava Richter- We put up the Christmas tree right after Thanksgiving.
Jackson Vines- I go to Louisiana to see my father’s half of the family. I love seeing and spending time with them every year.
Allyson Heidish- Black Friday shopping and I think it’s different because most people spend time with their family.
Donnie Poland- Eating dinner because it is the main core part. Love bonding and stories.
Teachers
Mrs. Giorgi- Sitting on the couch watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade while breaking bread for stuffing with my family.
Mr. McCartney- I mean eating’s number one for me, but I eat, play turkey bowl, and watch football.
Mrs. Sirianni- I eat gnocchi for dinner because my father’s turkey is dry.
Ms. Hryko- My favorite activity is to eat food which isn’t very different from others.
Mrs. Child- Eating pumpkin pie, it’s not different.
