As Trinity moves into its 100th year of education, Mr. Zack Zebrasky has taken up the mantle of principal this 2024-25 school year. Building on a century of tradition is a daunting task, but Zebrasky hopes to leave his mark.
Zebrasky, former assistant principal of the high school, is “super excited for this opportunity” to take up the position of building principal this year.
Zebrasky hopes to focus on growing the school’s culture and community during his tenure, pushing both students and staff to be the best versions of themselves.
After being raised in a family full of teachers as well as a mother and aunt who both went on to become principals, it was an easy choice for Zebrasky to pursue a career in education. Working with kids and providing them with opportunities has always been enjoyable, and after coaching several sports, moving to school management seemed like a natural progression.
Before his four years at THS, Zebrasky worked at Washington and Avella. Trinity differs from these schools, Zebrasky comments, in that more resources are available for students. More programs, such as AP and after-school classes, are offered, and more time is invested in them.
Trinity is “forward thinking and student-centered,” Zebrasky says.
Zebrasky believes working at THS has given him more empathy and taught him how to listen, lead by example, and inspire others to do better.
Outside of school, Zebrasky enjoys watching sports, hiking and fishing with his kids and golfing.
Zebrasky is excited for his chance to lead THS as its new principal and already feels proud of both the school’s students and staff.
