        Pictured above is Poach walking down the runway at the Van Shawn Kayie Collection in Disney. Upon graduating, his main career goal was to model full time, which required no college education, leaving him an open lane to taking time off and pursuing his modeling career.
        Gap years: Are they worth it?
        Pictured above is Skidmore and fellow Trinity senior and upcoming W&J freshman Sylvia Stoy taking time out of their busy schedules to hang out. Skidmore can easily balance her social and academic life; she schedules study times and she completes all of her work in that block. She doesn’t overcommit things she can’t achieve and leaves the rest of her time for anything fun.
        Happiness contributes to students’ mindsets
         While I will miss several seniors, there are two specific staff members that I would like to mention. The first one is Leah Kubacka, our Editor-in-Chief. She welcomed me onto the staff with open arms and quickly became my best friend. The second one is Caroline Miller. She was my role model on the swim team and was my counter for three years. They have both made such a huge impact on my life, and I am going to miss them both dearly.
        WWCD?
        The common application for most colleges opens up on August 1. Most colleges begin their academic year with a fall term, generally around late August or early September. So, it is important to make sure that the choice -- on what college to go to -- has been made before the deadline has passed.
